2. Personalized proposal
After this first discussion, we prepare a quote adapted to your travel project. This quote includes different options and formulas corresponding to your needs. You will have a clear vision of the services offered and their cost.
3. Project validation
Once the quote is validated, we take the time to check with you that everything is in line with your expectations. As soon as the payment for our service is made, we begin in-depth research to organize your trip down to the smallest details.
4. Selection and reservation
We provide you with a selection of personalized options (accommodation, activities, transportation, etc.) that you can choose according to your preferences. You will be completely free to make the reservations yourself thanks to the precise information and direct links that we provide you. We of course remain at your side to support you if necessary.
5. Sending your travel diary
Once all your bookings are made, we create a complete travel diary for you. This includes a personalized itinerary, activity recommendations, practical advice and all the information you will need to fully enjoy your trip. It will be possible to receive your diary in paper format for an additional €15. We will also give you an interactive map to guide you on site.
